Here at Virtual Creative Studios, we have our own virtual event studio and we want to share it with you! You can use our studio space to create high-quality virtual productions, these can be pre-recorded to be shown on-demand or we can host your event live, in real time. Our virtual studio provides a comfortable working space, as well as all of the design and production equipment you'll need!

PLAN
Implementing a virtual event strategy early on in the planning process is crucial to a successful event. This provides our creative and production teams with a thought out plan to deliver the best experience for all viewers. Our production team works directly with the content managers, A/V and IT partners to ensure a captivating event from start to finish. Our teams work with you on the following elements to determine the most effective pieces for your specific event.

REHEARSE
Virtual events require rehearsals and testing to ensure the finished product is the best quality that it can be. These rehearsals can be conducted individually with speakers or along with the full rehearsal showing all of the graphics and presentations. Our team also manages all of the production aspects, including audio, lighting and video to enhance the overall experience. When rehearsing we also take into consideration how the audience will interact and influence every aspect of the event. Our rehearsal testing includes:

PRODUCE
On the day of your event everything will have already been planned and prepared by our team and the rehearsals will have been completed, so all you and your team have to do is arrive at the studio ready to host an amazing event. When you arrive everything will be ready to go, we will do a quick run through with everyone and then we will begin the show!

EVALUATE
Once your event concludes, we will provide you with the recorded content from your event. We can also edit the files to your specifications should you want to publish them on the web, use them for social media, or use them internally for archival footage. Throughout the event, we will also track the ROI and impressions to provide key audience data, like viewership, engagement, social conversations, Q&A, surveys, media coverage and more.
